Below are directions from the A30 at Bodmin to Solcett:

From A30 Bodmin follow signs to Redruth

Continue ahead at Carland Cross roundabout

At Chiverton Cross roundabout take the second exit marked A30 Redruth (dual carriageway)

Leave A30 at second exit

At end of slip road, take first left (Avers roundabout)

Take third exit onto A3047, and go straight over the mini roundabout up the hill past Redruth school on your left

At roundabout, take second exit A3047 signposted Camborne

Continue past hospital on left and Vauxhall garage on right, then take second right after garage towards Illogan

Follow this road, passing bridge over the bypass, take next right marked West Tolgus

Follow this road for 1/2 mile, passing bungalows and Jehovah's Witnesses building on your left

Continue for 200 yards until you reach a sharp left hand bend, with an unmade lane directly in front with white post and house names

'Solcett' is second on the right
